Hari 1
Walau tekad untuk move on sudah terbersit, tapi kegalauan masih melanda. Kadang ini bikin pengin mewek terus. Daripada mellow (apalagi meneteskan air mata) demi cowok itu, mendingan salurkan emosi ke hal lain, yaitu nonton film atau baca buku yang mengharukan.

Block all contact. Bukan berarti harus menghapus pin BB, nomor handphone, pertemanan di social media dan lainnya lho. Intinya sih, bikin aturan kalau mulai detik ini kita nggak boleh mengontak dia plus dilarang keras memandang-mandangi timeline-nya.

Hari 3
Inilah hari pengakuan. Setelah menetralkan emosi serta stop kontak dia, rasanya kita sudah siap untuk mencerna segala kejadian dan mengakui hal yang sedang dirasakan. Ngaku ke siapa? Pada diri sendiri. Bicaralah pada diri kita, kalau perlu tulis. Misalnya, kita mengakui bahwa kita mengalami brokenheart karena merasa dicampakkan. Dengan memahami apa yang dirasakan, akan lebih mudah mengatasinya.

Hari 4
It's me (pretty) time! Manjakan diri kita dengan berbagai aktivitas cantik. Bisa creambath dan lulur, potong rambut atau shopping sepatu lucu. Bright up our day :)

Hari 5
Waktunya menghabiskan waktu bareng orang-orang tersayang. Bisa merencanakan acara piknik keluarga atau mengundang teman-teman menginap di rumah. Jadi tahu kalau kita dikelilingi banyak orang yang care.

Hari 6
Gabung di kegiatan yang positif. Kesibukan ini membantu mengalihkan pikiran. Yes, life goes on!

Hari 7
Buka mata. Nggak perlu juga sih, segera mencari pengganti si dia. Yang terpenting kita mulai membuka diri untuk kenalan dengan orang baru.

Kebiasaan buruk si pelupa adalah asal-asalan meletakkan barang tanpa berpikir. Akhirnya, dia sendiri yang kesulitan mencari -barang tersebut. Beri saran pada sobat untuk membiasakan diri meletakkan barang di satu tempat yang sama atau di tempat yang mudah dilihat  

Wajar kalau kita merasa sebal saat sobat melupakan hari ulang tahun kita. Nggak perlu sampai berantem sih, tapi  kita bisa  menunjukkan kekecewaan kita padanya. Ini akan membuatnya berusaha untuk mengingat ulang tahun teman.
